The ultimate aim of this effort is to create an online forum — The Center for Social Realism — a venue for contemporary artists communicating the political events of their time in a compelling, direct, and visceral way. All funds contributed to fasanella.org go directly to the support of Digital Humanities staff and students at Michigan State University working towards this goal.
